Dr. Sears, America's pediatrician and author of over 40 books on childcare, created a successful line of healthy vitamins and snacks for kids promoting Omega-3/DHA for brain growth. bswing redesigned the expanding productline to feature a distinctive, contemporized brand identity and packaging system that encapsulates Dr. Sears' focus on nurturing healthy, growing, active kids and their families.
Dr. Sears was interested in growing his Omega-3 supplement product line beyond supplements; but, the old, dated branding didn’t resonate with a health-focused, educated, up-scale audience. Dr. Sears needed to create clear and meaningful messaging consistent with a high quality, all-natural, family-focused food brand.
bswing pushed the Dr. Sears' brand identity from a physician/ author personality to a health food brand focused on lifestyle and nurturing healthy families. Communicating premium and all-natural messaging was the inspiration for the tree of life icon, which metaphorically articulates the brand promise - mothers giving life to children, and Dr. Sears giving life to families. The hero of the brand design is original photography depicting real Dr. Sears' patients. The new packaging launch coincided with Dr. Sears' introduction to the retail channel and new retail stores.
Dr. Sears Family Essentials includes products in supplements, snacks and nutritional shakes all to support healthy, active, growing kids.
Innovative formulations including Omega-3/DHA, multi-vitamin plus vitamin D, and immunity with enhanced Wellmune makes up the Dr. Sears supplement line.
Extending the brand for promotions, signage, and POS displays.
